Luxury Houses: Spain's 10 Most Costly Streets

Spain's most exclusive street for home purchases covers an entire urbanization. In particular, Urbanización Coto Zagaleta is the area with the most expensive homes for sale in Spain in the town of Benahavís in Spain. The owners of this exclusive area of the Costa del Sol, according to an idealista study, ask an average 6,758,961 euros for anyone wanting to get one of their luxury villas. مزاد قطر

The silver medal of this exclusive classification goes to Barcelona's Avenida del Tibidabo for an average price of EUR 5,858,750 per house. That price is slightly higher in La Moraleja de Madrid that ranks third at 5 700,000 euros than the Paseo de la Marquesa Viuda de Aldama.

The exclusive urbanization of La Moraleja is two more streets of over 5 million: Camino del Sur (€5,485,192) and Camino Ancho (5,146,875 euros). Avenida Pedralbes in Barcelona is the next most expensive address (4,884,286 euros).

The sixth and seventh ranking of two streets in Marbella is named after famous composers. At the Mozart street the average house price is 4,754,944 euros, at the Rossini street it is 4,715,026 euros. The list finishes with Avenida Rocaferrera in the town of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, Barcelona (€4,700,000) and Avenida Portals Vells de Calviá on the island of Mallorca (4,690,009 euros).

The most expensive in every autonomous Spanish Community (CCAA)

Idealista's study includes the most exclusive streets in each of the 17 autonomous Spanish communities. In the autonomous communities in Valencia (2377,667 euros), the Basque Country (2,012,545 euros), The Canary Islands (1,208,545 euros) and Cantabria have 4 more autonomies and addresses with an average of over one million euros (1,119,127 euros).

The cheapest is in Extremadura, which has an average price of EUR 345.345, followed by La Rioja (€ 421.716) and Castilla-La Mancha, the most expensive street (428,067 euros).

Methodologies

The idealista studied in the elaboration of this study the total average price of every kind of property (houses, studios, penthouses, cottages...) in the same street. Only those streets with a minimum of 10 listings were considered in order to avoid data distortions. The study therefore only shows the average street prices, so they are not the most costly homes for sale on every market.
