The International Property Awards are open to property professionals from all over the world who are assessed through the independent panel of around 100 experts from the industry, focusing on key criteria such as service, innovation, quality, design and originality.
The company will now compete for the regional Best Real Estate Agency Africa award and compete as a competitor to the International World's Best Award in this category if successful.
In the category of Real Estate Marketing South Africa and the Real Estate Agency South Africa, Pam Golding Properties Kenya won the award for Best Real Estate Agency Marketing in Kenya, which is to compete for the regional marketing award for Africa. This brings up to 59 the prestigious Pam Golding Properties International Property Awards.
